Narrative Tempera PaintingStudents will attempt a narrative painting, by brainstorming a story they wish to communicate, gathering appropriate reference images, sketching out how to use the compositional space, and ultimately painting the scene while incorporating light and shadow.
Students will practice mixing colors using tempera paint, an opaque painting medium.
