Choose one of two options:

Digital Reel online

DVD Reel

  • Choose a video streaming platform (like YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  • Create a presence on that platform; ie.  YouTube Channel for your Art in Motion Portfolio. 
  • Your banner image must relate to your portfolio of videos. (Not your favorite superhero)
  • Your logo must represent you. (Not your interests)
 
  • You need to create a Video Reel.
    • Your video reel must include short clips from each project (visuals, not sound).
    • It should highlight your best work.
    • The videos should be set to music and cut to the beat.
 
  • Your channel must upload all of your full-length video projects.
  • Your channel must feature your Reel Video.
  • Your channel must have good titles and clear video description information.
  • Your channel must subscribe to the class Art in Motion channel.
  • ​Create a DVD interface using iDVD.
  • Your interface must relate to your portfolio of videos. (Not a random baby/dog photos)
  • Your interface must feature your Reel Video.
 
  • You need to create a Video Reel.
    • Your video reel must include short clips from each project (visuals, not sound).
    • It should highlight your best work.
    • The videos should be set to music and cut to the beat.
 
  • Your DVD should have all of your work available to be viewed.
  • You need to include full-length videos of all of your projects.
  • You need to create a “Play All” video that has all of your videos combined with short black spacers between.

Reel

Students will create a video portfolio reel of their best work from the class. This will serve to highlight the student's achievements in the course and could serve as a portfolio for potential college and job placement.
