This unit has three parts: research, making, and documenting.

Order of Work

Research
  • Watch the first pop up tutorial video
  • Plan out what you want to make
  • Watch additional videos based on the complexity of your design ambitions
Making the Pop Up
  • Use paper, scissors, and glue stick or rubber cement to attach you pop up components
Documenting Your Pop Up
  • Take a photo of your pop up open
  • Take a photo of your pop up closed
  • Make a very short video of your pop up opening and closing
  • Use that video as the visuals for your peer share video
  • Fill out the reflection
  • Send either the video or your photo in an email to an important adult
